Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent: Utilize a range of recruitment tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals, to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process: From job posting to onboarding, ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process that meets the needs of our hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions that meet their needs.
- Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to identify top candidates and conduct initial interviews to further assess their suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments: Arrange and facilitate interviews, skills assessments, and other evaluation methods to ensure a fair and comprehensive selection process.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms: Make job offers to successful candidates and negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
- Maintain accurate records and reports: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction, to inform future recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field is required, with a focus on human resources, recruitment, or talent management.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools and technologies.
