Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk: Greet guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, and provide concierge services.
• Housekeeping: Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages in the hotel's restaurants, bars, or room service, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep and repair of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Event Support: Assist with the setup and management of events and conferences hosted at the hotel.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Hospitality-related certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Skills:
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
